Who we are
Established in Oct 2003, the NUS Overseas Colleges (NOC) Alumni is the official association for all persons who have been through the highly unique NUS Overseas Colleges programme. Our alumni are a dynamic pool of vast talent sharing a common identity of being enterprising and resourceful individuals. With our network of alumni continually advancing, the association is the central body keeping all of us connected.
Where we come from - About NUS Overseas Colleges
Successfully selected ones for the NUS Overseas Colleges programme undertake a one-year immersion in one of these thriving entrepreneurial and academic environments across the globe – Silicon Valley (USA), Philadelphia (USA), Shanghai (China), Stockholm (Sweden) or Bangalore (India). Besides the exciting experience of interning in start-ups, entrepreneurship related courses are simultaneously taken at highly renowned partner universities – Stanford University, University of Pennsylvania, Fudan University, the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Indian Institute of Science (IISc) – at the respective colleges. The overall exposure is aimed at cultivating the entrepreneurial drive in young potentials.
Our Vision
Towards reaching out to and engaging alumni, fostering goodwill within the NUS Overseas Colleges community at large, and continuing advancement as a distinct group of enterprising people with global prospects.
Our Mission
To enable collaborations and to enhance ties among alumni from across colleges as well as batches.
To support alumni in their entrepreneurial ideals, career advancements and endeavours in other spheres.
To provide a channel for alumni to leverage upon the diverse expertise and collective experiences of one another.

The ‘o’
- symbolizes the globe.
The thicker circle
- reflects the spirit to strike new paths and make an impact.
The thinner circle
- resembles a shadow of the thicker circle, to mean how NOC alumni have left footprints in various parts of the world.
The two curved strokes across the ‘o’
- tell of how NOC members are spread across different regions of the world via the establishment of the different colleges, as well as via the network of each alumnus.
- Running in parallel, they are also symbolic of how alumni with common aspirations come together and strive hand-in-hand.
